What Tech Tool Will Be Utilized: Google Sheets
Instructional Strategy: Using Google Sheets to track data to engage PLC decisions and RTI information for specific students.
What You’ll Experience: In this session, teachers will experience a practical, hands-on approach to using Google Sheets for data tracking and analysis. They will:
  1. Learn to Input Student Scores Efficiently: Teachers will practice entering reading and math benchmark test scores into Google Sheets, organizing data in a way that’s easy to manage and analyze.
  2. Master Conditional Formatting: Teachers will discover how to use conditional formatting to automatically highlight key data points, such as scores above or below a certain threshold, making trends and areas for improvement immediately visible.

Title: Zooming Ahead: Using Canva to Accelerate Student Learning
Course Description: My students are always begging for different ways to use Canva and I've loved the creativity that is allows them, so I am more than happy to oblige. Infact, by letting them explore and play around, they have come up with fun ways to create and demonstrate new things that they've learned, bringing their lessons to life that paper and pencil doesn't allow. In this session, we will be doing just that, exploring and finding different ways to take the ordinary and supercharge it.
What Tech Tool Will Be Utilized: Canva
Instructional Strategy: We will watch, discuss, and create...coming up with new ideas individually and as a group to find the best ways to help learning in the classroom not only stick, but skyrocket with new possibilities.
What You’ll Experience: New ways for not just ourselves but also for our students to learn, create, and flourish in a fun technological way!
What Challenge You Will Do: We will create and try out several things in Canva, hopefully some that are new to you, and find ways to help bring our lessons (across several subjects) to life while having creative freedom.
