Ergonomics is an applied science that looks at human-environment relationships such as students and their chairs, desks, and even Chromebooks. We know how to make changes to software to match learning needs, but we rarely consider the users' physical needs. In this session we will explore the human-technology relationships from the ergonomic perspective. We will identify common mismatches between students and the classroom environment and provide simple solutions to improve participation in the classroom.
